NOTE WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES! PLEASE USE A STANDARD ADDRESS WHEN SELECTING ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING AS OUR CARRIER IS UNABLE TO DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES

• Orders are processed Monday-Saturday to exclude major holidays. 
• Orders placed after 5pm will be considered as the next business day
• We try to get orders out as quickly possible! However some orders may take 1-2 days to prepare for shipment! Once items are shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow carrier time to process your package.  BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING ADDRESS. PLEASE ENTER THE CORRECT AND DESIRED SHIPPING ADDRESS. AS ONCE THE LABEL IS CREATED AND SHIPPED OUT ADDRESS CANNOT BE CHANGED.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delayed by the carrier. Please keep an eye on the tracking status of your package. For any delivery issues or if your package is lost/stolen, please contact the respective carrier (USPS).
